Can you assist with emergency or after-hours jobs?
Yes. Our trucks operate 24/7, so we can respond to urgent and after-hours jobs. We’re also available for emergency and disaster recovery deployments, including interstate.
Do I need to be onsite during the pickup?
Not always. As long as the material is clearly piled and accessible for side loading, we can often work from the street or nature strip using the truck’s hydraulic arm. Keep the pile clear of trees, overhead powerlines and parked vehicles, and let us know your site access details when you book so we can confirm what’s needed.
What types of waste can you collect?
We collect spoil, green waste, construction debris and more. We can’t take hazardous or regulated waste, including asbestos, chemicals, paints, solvents, oils, fuels, gas bottles, batteries, medical waste or contaminated soil (unless tested and approved). If you’re unsure about your material, just ask.
